The project will comprise two key components: 182 hectares of existing hillside land, which will be converted into a national park featuring forest-related activities, as well as a dedicated forest visitor and education center; and 178 hectares of land reclaimed from the sea, which will accommodate an 18-hole international golf course with a clubhouse, villas, retail shops, a hotel, and a shopping mall.
