The master plan, covering over 472 hectares around the lake and comprising farming, resort, residential, and tourist areas, is envisioned as a harmonious blend of existing natural landscapes, engagement with local farmers, and accommodation for religious tourists. It is summarized into three main concepts: Farming, Resort, and Tourism, based on themes of meditation, serenity, and local preservation.
