The Ibis Pattaya project involved the construction of a hotel building comprising seven above-ground floors. The building is situated in Muang Pattaya. The total construction area encompassed 10,000 square meters. The project, which commenced in A.D. 2006, was successfully completed in A.D. 2008, with a total project value of 180 Million Baht. The hotel features 254 rooms, offering a range of services including architectural design, structural and civil engineering design, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design.
